• Does NOT execute trades on your behalf
• Does NOT guarantee any financial outcomes
• Is for educational and personal tracking purposes only

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Broker Integration

The Platform may connect to third-party brokers (e.g., Capital.com) to retrieve your trading data. By connecting your broker account, you:

• Authorize us to access read-only trading data
• Acknowledge that we do not store your broker credentials on our servers
• Understand that broker connectivity may be interrupted without notice

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities
• Share your account credentials with third parties

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, design, code, and branding of the Platform are owned by Hardcore Trading and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any data you input (e.g., nicknames, notes). By using the Platform, you grant us a license to store and process this data solely for providing the service.

8. Rankings and Gamification

The Platform includes rankings, points, badges, and other gamification elements. These are for entertainment and motivation purposes only. We reserve the right to:

• Modify ranking algorithms at any time
• Remove users from rankings for violations
• Reset or adjust points/badges without prior notice

9. Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
• Perform maintenance with or without notice
• Update these Terms (continued use constitutes acceptance)

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HARDCORE TRADING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Trading losses or financial decisions made based on Platform data
• Third-party actions, including broker errors or outages

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (IF ANY).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hardcore Trading, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law
